April Newsletter: Embracing New Beginnings

Dear Friends,

April has arrived, bringing with it a fresh wave of energy! After the intensity of March—with the powerful light streaming in from the Equinox and two eclipses—we may find ourselves feeling both transformed and a little disoriented. Many of us experienced deep shifts, realizations, and even moments of emotional release as these cosmic events cleared out the old and made space for something new.

Now, we step into Aries season, the sign of fresh starts, courage, and bold action. Aries ignites our inner fire, pushing us to take initiative, set new goals, and embrace change with confidence. This month, we also witness Neptune moving into Aries for the first time since 1861! Neptune, the planet of dreams, intuition, and spirituality, in Aries—a sign known for action and leadership—can inspire us to bring our spiritual insights into the physical world. Over the coming years, this shift may encourage us to dream big but also to take steps to make those dreams a reality.

I’m also excited to share that my Reiki presentation at Northern Fields Café was a wonderful success! It was such a joy to share energy healing and connection in a warm, welcoming space. If you missed it, stay tuned—there will be more opportunities to join in more presentations in the future!

I’ll be covering mindful closet decluttering and how to transition winter outfits for spring—because what we wear is an extension of our energy, and bringing mindfulness to our wardrobe can be a powerful practice.
